• State-specific tests such as California's ABC test
• CRA four-factor test for control, tools, profit/loss, and integration (Canada)

Misclassification can result in significant penalties, back taxes, and liability.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ROAM.INK'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ROAM.INK IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
