roam.ink provides customizable contract templates for freelancers and their clients. Our service allows you to:

• Create contract drafts using our templates
• Share contracts with clients for review
• Collaborate on contract terms
• Download finalized contracts (upon payment)

roam.ink is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our contract templates are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. Please review our Legal Disclaimer for important information.

You are responsible for ensuring that any contract you create is appropriate for your needs and complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating contracts
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not use the service to create fraudulent or misleading contracts
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Keep your contract links confidential and share only with intended parties

5. Payments and Refunds

Contract downloads are available for a one-time fee of $19 USD per contract. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Refund Policy: Because our service delivers a digital product (a downloadable document), refunds are generally not available after download. If you experience technical issues preventing download, contact us at hello@roam.ink.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The roam.ink service, including our website, templates, and branding, is owned by roam.ink and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the information you enter into your contracts. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this information to provide the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ROAM.INK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROAM.INK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless roam.ink and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your contracts, or your violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which roam.ink operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
